One Response
Let’s rewind this story. In Exodus 4:13-14, Moses tries to turn down the command from God to lead the Israelites out of Egypt. It says “The LORD’s anger burned against Moses.” Then God gives him Aaron to speak for him.
Aaron then builds a golden calf for the people to worship.
His sons are now killed because of disobedience in their priestly roles.
Learning from the example of Moses, I feel like this is a good lesson for all of us regarding the consequences of not listening to, trusting, and following what God is calling us to.
