In every marriage between two broken people, some rough roads can be expected. From communication to conflict, marriage is never easy and predictable. Our new Intentional Marriage Support Groups are a way to navigate the ups and downs of marriage. Combining large group teaching with small group breakouts, they are a great way to learn from seasoned couples who have been there before and have Biblical and experiential wisdom to impart. Incorporating discussion allows participating couples to learn from each other too, forging long-term bonds of friendship that will last beyond the group experience. At Compass, we want each marriage to have thrive and find their way through the trials and discouragements and find their way to a marriage that lasts! Feel free to come with your spouse or on your own.

Did you know that one in five U.S. adults live with a mental illness? Fewer than half receive the care that they need! Starting in 2025, we at Compass are teaming up with NAMI(National Alliance on Mental Illness) in order to provide two new support groups for those who are family members, partners or friends of individuals with mental illnesses of all kinds. These groups will be led by NAMI trained leaders. The FAMILY SUPPORT GROUP will be for family members who care for or live with a family member who has a mental illness. The PEER TO PEER SUPPORT GROUP is for partners and friends of individuals who have a mental illness and they interact in a peer, work or other non-family environment. Each of these groups will meet twice a month, on alternating Monday nights.
Divorce Care is a group of people who will learn to walk together through one of life’s most difficult experiences- separation or divorce. Our Divorce Care support groups are led by people who understand what you are going through and want to help. You’ll gain access to valuable Divorce Care resources to help you deal with the pain of the past and look forward to rebuilding your life. Divorce Care’s life-changing support groups welcome people and guide them on the path of recovery after separation or divorce. Over 1 million people have found comfort and hope through this 13-week, video-based series. Divorce Care registrants become automatic alumni and may attend future versions and individual classes of Divorce Care free of charge to attend class. Workbook is optional for an additional fee.
A Grief Share support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotional components of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way. Grief Share registrants become automatic alumni and may attend future versions and individual classes of Grief Share free of charge to attend class.
A Special Note…
Workbooks and program materials for this class are provided free of charge in loving memory of Lynda Riecks through a generous donation from the Riecks family. We thank you for helping others work through their grief and not be hindered by financial need.
Many people have some form of anxiety. The Anxiety Support Group focuses on improving the participant’s quality of life while living with this mental health challenge. Through shared experiences, participants gain coping skills and find hope and strength to manage issues. This is an open, mixed gender, ongoing group where new participants can join anytime.
In life, one of the most challenging aspects of anyone’s life is managing money. As costs increase and a dollar doesn’t go near as far today as it used to, we want to help you navigate this messed up money culture. Financial Peace University curriculum gives you the practical lessons, easy-to-use tools and the supportive community you need to take control of your money—once and for all!
Hope Forward is a Christian support group for those whose lives have been touched by cancer. When someone is diagnosed, it does not just affect one person. It has a ripple effect through everyone in their lives. Our mission for this group is to find hope and peace amid a cancer diagnosis and the ensuing treatment journey by studying God’s Word and supporting each other through the peaks and valleys along the way. We hope that through this group, we can turn a challenging health situation into dedicated, loving, Christ-centered community each week.
One of the most isolating experiences in a woman’s life experience is dealing with infertility of all kinds. The causes are many, but the feelings lead to increasing discouragement, uncertainty and often unknown next steps. Additionally, there are women who are able to get pregnant, but struggle to stay pregnant, resulting in miscarriages that create a blend of excitement and grief in a short period of time. Our Fertility Support Group will help women find a place to express their feelings, mutually care for each other and get Biblical encouragement for strengthening their faith while learning they are not alone.
Stronger Together Sisterhood provides a safe and welcoming space for women of various ages to share experiences, uplift each other, and find solace in life’s challenges. This open group will use various book studies in conjunction with meaningful sharing of life’s circumstances and situations. Whether seeking encouragement, connection, or spiritual growth, this group is here for you. Let’s navigate life as a woman together, celebrating victories and offering support during challenging times. Join our community and embark on this transformative journey of growth, support, and sisterhood.

In this group, we empower and motivate women, through education and practical guidance, to embrace a Christ-centered life that embodies whole health. Our mission is to introduce life-affirming techniques that foster a holistic approach to wellness, nurturing mind, body and soul. Join us on this wellness journey towards holistic well-being and empowerment.
You are not alone! Embrace Grace is here to help women walking through the unsteady season of an unplanned pregnancy or women navigating single motherhood by connecting them to a judgment-free support group where they can receive practical help and encouragement.
