Compass Academy is designed for those who want to grow in leadership skills and develop stronger biblical and theological foundations.
A two-year academic program, Compass Academy consists of a total of nine courses over two years. Courses are eight-weeks long, held one evening per week.
To accomplish the mission of Jesus, we need growing leaders who are being equipped to serve others. Because of this need, the goal of Compass Academy is to assist in the development of these leaders for greater Kingdom impact.
Year-one courses are focused on leadership development, while year-two courses are focused on Bible knowledge and theology.
