Q: What can I put in the box?
A: For a full list of what items are best suited for a box, click this link.
Q: What can I not put in the box?
A: Candy, toothpaste, gum, scary/war related items, seeds, food, liquids/lotion,
medications, vitamins, breakable items/glass containers.
Q: What are the ages of the children?
A: Items for Operation Christmas child will be given to children in several different age ranges.
Please pack your items with the following groups in mind: 2-4, 5-9, 10-14 years old. Boy or girl.
Q: Can I have multiple boxes?
A: Yes! Fill as many as you want.
Q: Where do I return my boxes?
A: On Sunday morning, return your box(es) in to the Worship Center Lobby or the Ramada.
During the week you can drop them at the Chandler church office Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm.
Q: Do I seal my box?
A: Please do NOT seal your box. Operation Christmas Child volunteers will need to retrieve the enclosed money for
shipping and verify the contents. Sealing will just make this process more difficult.
Q: Can I use another shoe box or shoe box sized container?
A: Yes! Any shoe box sized container with a lid will work.
Q: Do I have to pay for the items AND pay $10?
A: We ask that as part of your participation, you include $10 to cover the cost of
shipping these shoeboxes all over the world to children in need.
Q: Can I pick up/drop off boxes during the week?
A: Yes, there is pick up and drop off at the Chandler church office. M-TH 8-5.
