Prayer is purposeful communication with God. God invites people to pray and communicate with Him throughout the day. We should pray when things are going great and when life is lousy. In fact, the Bible encourages us to “pray continually” (1 Thes. 5:17). Prayer can happen anywhere and at any time as God is always available to listen.
Sometimes we may want to pray, but not know where to start. The good news is that God understands what we’re trying to say—even if we don’t quite know how to say it (Romans 8:26-27). God cares about what’s going on in your life: the good, the bad and even the ugly. In fact, he wants to help you with whatever’s going on in your life—all you have to do is ask. The Bible says we can approach God with confidence, knowing that He is ready and willing to help us whenever we’re in need (Hebrews 4:16).
We have a team that meets every Sunday morning to pray for the Sunday service and other prayer requests. If you’d like us to pray for something, click the button below to let us know how we can pray for you. Our team does not broadcast these prayer requests anywhere and won’t contact you unless you’d like someone from the church to follow up. We do want to let you know that God sees what you’re going through and He does care. Thank you for submitting a prayer request and allowing us to pray on your behalf.
Prayer is the lifeblood of the church. A small team prays for our church every single Sunday, along with various requests that come in during the week. If you enjoy praying, would you consider joining this team to help us pray each Sunday? We believe God listens and responds to our prayers and so are always looking for more people to join this important team.
