Author and Corporate Chaplain
Paul has 45 years of experience in ministry. He has been involved in church planting, preaching, teaching, writing, vision casting, staff training, and development. Much of his career has specialized in prayer leadership.
Presently he is the Corporate Chaplain for a Christian company, at Aqua-Tots and leads Threshold Prayer Ministry full time. Paul travels and leads schools of prayer, conferences, and prayer events across the U.S. and Internationally. He consults in prayer leadership and prayer strategy in churches across the US and Canada.
He brings a very practical and logical approach to prayer ministry that you will find helpful and useful.
Senior Pastor of Compass Christian Church
Brian Jobe has served as the Senior Pastor at Compass Christian Church since 2016. He formerly served as the Senior Pastor at Harvester Christian Church in Saint Charles, MO for 6 years. Before that, he served at Compassion Christian Church in Savannah, GA for 11 years as a Regional Campus Pastor and member of the Teaching Team. Brian has preached at numerous conferences and Christian churches around the country and on mission fields all around the world. Brian has been married to Marie for 26 years. They have two daughters: Sydney (20) and Sophie (18). Brian loves to preach and gets fired up seeing people come to know Jesus in a life-changing way!
He enjoys time with his family, sports (especially golf), and music.
Prayer Pastor
Allan Swinson has served as a pastor at Compass Christian Church for five years. He oversees the Prayer Ministry, teaches in Compass Academy, and leads a discipleship ministry called Rooted. He previously served as the Senior Pastor of First Christian Church of Coweta, OK for 9 years. Allan received a Batchelor’s Degree in Ministry and Leadership from Dallas Christian College in 2008, and he is beginning the final year of a master’s program at Emmanuel Christian Seminary in Johnson City, TN. Allan has been married to his best friend, Dena, for 23 years. Allan and Dena have two children, Kaylee (21) and Cooper (20), and one granddaughter, Norah (16 months).
Allan is a self-proclaimed Bible nerd, and he loves music, movies, and spending time with family.
