The Communication, Marketing & Branding department is here to help you help others. Listed below are the forms we use to make sure we are meeting your expectations in a timely way.
Use this form when requesting a change to anything online. Facebook events, Website wording, photography changes, new landing pages etc.
This is the form for requesting Printed Material from Communications and starting the design process with our outside vendors. You will receive confirmations and high visibility throughout the process via Slack and Asana.
This form is to be used for things that don’t necessarily end up printed. This could be a pre-service slide or it could be a brand refresh for a ministry or anything in-between. Usually this will be part of a larger initiative.
This form is ONLY for getting the tent reserved for a space. Keep in mind that we make sure that there are not too many tents on a given weekend so requesting a tent does not guarantee there are any available.
A brand is a name, term, design, symbol, or any other feature that identifies one sellers good or service as distinct from those of other sellers. As such the form to get a logo is more about how you want to present yourself to your specific customer profile than just asking what you want a logo to look like.
Use this form to request social media posts on our various channels. There are options for format and platform. Please know what kind of caption content you would like to go along with the photo(s) or video. Note that Instagram cannot put functional URLs in a caption.
Use this form to start the request process for videos that involve a “talking head” for the specific promotion, celebration, or story-driven content. Some of these questions are written specifically for our contractors, so do not assume that this person knows all of our inside language.
Fill out the information in this form and we’ll ensure your department can take advantage of the constant contact emailing platform.
This form is to be used for shirts. Generally speaking, this will be for a coinciding initiative. Within this form, there should be several different shirt options and their pricing. These should be taken as guidance, not gospel. We’ll still need to get an estimate from the selected vendor.
This is the form for Photo Booth for events. One booth per form. You will receive confirmations and high visibility throughout the process via Slack and Asana.
This form is for events or initiatives that will impact our community in a significant way or that will affect a large portion of our existing congregation. The ideas here go directly to the lead team for discussion and potential approval. Submission of this form does not mean that this idea will happen or happen as submitted.
